Two Component Polyurethane Glue for Artificial Grass / Synthetic Turf Sheets Tape Bonding

1. Preparatory work: Grassroots preparation
According to the actual use of artificial turf, the preparatory work for the base layer should be done in accordance with the current standards.
Preparation of artificial turf: Before laying the artificial turf, spread it out and level it for several hours to relieve the internal stress of the turf.
Preparations before using the adhesive: Lay out the joint fabric (please use the special non-woven fabric), and prepare the gluing tools and heavy weights for pressing. Mixing tools: Manual stirring equipment or electric stirrers; Electronic scale: It is best if it can accurately weigh to one decimal place. Or mix and use directly according to the original packaging;

2. The ratio of process A to B is 9:1
Before use, please stir the main agent (Component A) evenly. Mix it mechanically (manually) strictly in accordance with the required proportion. Stir quickly until the color is uniform, then stir for 1-2 minutes. The application of glue can be carried out using an appropriate toothed scraper to achieve a uniform and aesthetically pleasing effect. The amount of glue applied is 1.0-1.2kg per square meter. For every 10 kilograms, approximately 20 to 25 meters of seam fabric (20cm wide) can be applied. After the adhesive is mixed in proportion, please apply it to the surface of the joint strip or other base materials within 30 minutes. The higher the temperature, the faster the curing speed.
3. Pressure application and combined pressure
The base material that has been glued needs to be bonded and pressed along the joint strip within one hour (bonding can be carried out when the adhesive's viscosity increases, but not after the surface is dry, otherwise it will affect the bonding strength). Without affecting the material forming, the composite pressure at the joint should be increased as much as possible. At normal temperature of 23ºC, the lamination time is 2 to 3 hours. The higher the temperature, the faster the curing speed; the lower the temperature, the slower the curing speed

4. Cleaning
Before stirring components A and B, component A can be washed with clean water. Group B can be cleaned with ethyl -acetate. If the two are mixed together, they cannot be thoroughly cleaned.
5. Packaging specifications
The main agent (Component A) is 9 kilograms per bucket, and the curing agent (Component B) is 1 kilogram per bucket
6. Storage conditions and shelf life
Please store in A cool and well-ventilated place, away from direct sunlight and rain. After opening the LIDS of components A and B, they should be closed immediately if not in use. The glue should not be exposed to air for a long time; otherwise, blisters may occur when the two components are mixed and used, affecting the bonding effect.
The suitable storage temperature is 0-30ºC
The shelf life of the product is 6 months under unopened conditions
